Delivery zones

We currently ship to several countries:
✔ Canada & USA – via our partner Amazon for fast, secure shipping
✔ France & Burkina Faso – via our official Sedoine Cosmetics representatives

Our aim is to gradually expand internationally, making our products available all over the world.

Order processing and shipping times

• Fast processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery times :
  – North America (via Amazon): Delivery in 2 to 5 working days depending on the option selected
  – International shipping (France, Burkina Faso, other countries): Delivery in 2 to 14 working days depending on destination

• Order tracking: A tracking number is provided for each order shipped, so you can track your parcel with complete peace of mind.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delivery errors or exceptional circumstances (customs, weather, etc.).

RETURNS & REFUNDS – SIMPLE & HASSLE-FREE

Return conditions

Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all return or exchange requests.

Return procedure

• For purchases via Amazon (Canada & USA) :
  Returns and refunds are handled directly by our partner Amazon

• For purchases via our representatives (France, Burkina Faso, other countries) :
  Contact our customer service department at contact@sedoinecosmetics.com to initiate your request
  We will provide you with return instructions and the address to which to send the product.
  Once the product has been returned and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Return shipping costs

✔ If the error comes from us (defective product, shipping error): Sedoine Cosmetics will cover the return shipping costs.
✔ In all other cases (change of mind, wrong product selection): Return costs are at the customer’s expense
